UNTIL -
THE DAWNING DAY –
ARE WE, AND TO WHAT EXTENT ARE WE WALKING IN THE DAWNING DAY?
2Peter 1:19 NASB
19 And so we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, UNTIL the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.
Eph 3:14-19 (emphasis on vs. 17)
14 For this reason I bend my knees before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner self, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to all the fullness of God.
I won’t parse the implication of these passages except to say once again that God is calling us to walk in a relationship with Jesus Christ so that our lives are founded on hearing His voice and walking with Him in it.
Has Jesus truly risen in our hearts?
